Question 1

What is included in Formula 1 hospitality?

Accepted Answer

It varies by package, and the differences matter. At the entry level you are typically getting a premium padded seat with lounge access and a food and drink offering before the event. Mid-tier packages add better seating positions and a served meal rather than a buffet. Private suites give you an enclosed space, your own bar and a dedicated host. We list what each package includes so you can compare like for like rather than guessing.

Question 2

How much does Formula 1 hospitality cost?

Accepted Answer

Entry-level packages generally start in the low hundreds per person, with private suites running into the thousands. Price is driven by the opponent or act, the competition, how close to the event you book, and which lounge you choose. The prices shown on this site are per person and reflect current availability.

Question 3

Is hospitality better value than a standard ticket?

Accepted Answer

It depends what you want from the day. If you only want to watch, a standard ticket is cheaper and does the job. Hospitality earns its cost when the occasion matters — you get a guaranteed seat in a known location, food and drink included, somewhere comfortable to sit before and after, and no queueing. For client entertaining or a milestone birthday, that difference is the entire point.

Question 4

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Most Formula 1 hospitality lounges ask for smart casual — no sportswear, no branded football shirts in some lounges, and no trainers in a few of the more formal suites. Requirements differ between packages at the same venue, so we confirm the specific dress code for your lounge before the day.

Question 5

Can you handle group and corporate bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We can arrange seating together, private suites for exclusive use, invoicing for company bookings, and dietary requirements for the group. Tell us the numbers and the budget and we will come back with realistic options rather than the most expensive one.

Question 6

How and when will I receive my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are sent digitally by email or mobile transfer, or by secure courier where the venue requires a physical ticket. Most are with you well before the event; hospitality packages sometimes need final guest names before they can be released, which is standard for premium seating. We confirm the exact delivery method in writing when you book.

Question 7

Are these official hospitality packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our packages come through official hospitality allocations and licensed suppliers, not the open resale market. That is what allows us to confirm exactly which lounge, block or suite you are booking rather than a vague 'premium seat'.

Question 8

What happens if the date or kick-off time changes?

Accepted Answer

Fixture dates and kick-off times move regularly, usually for television scheduling. Your package moves with the fixture. We contact you as soon as we have official confirmation and explain your options in line with the organiser's terms. Rescheduling is not in itself grounds for a refund, so please book with that in mind.

Question 9

Is it safe to pay?

Accepted Answer

Payments run through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We never store your card details. If anything about a request feels unusual — a different bank account, an urgent transfer, a change of payment method — stop and call us on the number on this site before sending money.

Question 10

Can I speak to someone before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and for most bookings we would rather you did. Hospitality varies a lot between packages at the same venue, and a two-minute conversation usually saves money or gets you a better seat. Call or email and you will get a person, not a chatbot.
